and Maintenance Contract Options
Hampton Roads Computer is a Factory Authorized Service and Warranty Repair Center for:
a. RightNow Remote Repair (RRR) Service. When you call in with a problem dont be surprised to get a technician on the phone Right Now. If your internet is working even if its got issues we may be able to take over your computer while Talking to you on the phone and resolve your problem. RRR service has a minimum charge of 25.00 billed at 90.00 per hour.
b. Depot Repair -Service on equipment carried into our location at 11822 Canon Blvd., Newport News, Va. We perform repair estimates for $50.00 per device which is credited to the repair. The hourly labor rate is the same as services performed on-site except the minimum charge is lower. We also check the warranty status of every machine brought here for repair whenever possible
c. Warranty Service -HRCC is warranty authorized with IBM and Lenovo Let us perform these services for you. Our technicians are experienced and stay up on the latest training. If your machine is in warranty with IBM or Lenovo non warranty estimates are free!
d. Onsite T&M service (Time and Materials) We charge $90.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour and no travel fee within 30 miles for hardware service. We also provide Pickup/Return (for 25.00 on the Peninsula within 20 miles) if you are choosing On-site to avoid having to take your apart and deliver it to us. We will hook it back up and test it when returned.
e. Maintenance Contracts. HRCC maintenance contracts are available for PC's, Servers, and many peripherals. These can be customized to meet your needs. We have maintenance customers in Virginia, North carolina, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
